Office in the prescribed form for the recruitment of vacant contract posts under National Health Mission as per the advertisement number of the Chief Medical and Health Officer / NHM / Contract Recruitment Advertisement / 2021/13063 dated 03/03/2021 The envelope has been invited to the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Old District Hospital, through the speed post.

Post : Pharmacist (RBSK)

No of Posts : 01
Salary : Rs 16,500/- pm
Education Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council.

Note:
1. All the above posts are contractual.
2. According to the instructions issued by the government as per rules on the above posts, reservation will be applicable for horizontal and category-wise women / disabled. Chhattisgarh Special reservation rules and conditions issued by the government from time to time will apply.
3. Mandatory educational qualification from a recognized institution / university and certificate, it is mandatory to be held on the last day / prior to the advertisement application.
4. Advertised posts include backlog posts.

Guidelines for Part Application

2. Incomplete and erroneous filled application forms will not be included in the selection process.
3. In the event of the candidate applying to different posts, post-wise separate application and D.D. It will be mandatory to attach otherwise the application will not be valid.
4. With the application form for each post, it will be mandatory to attach the DD (demand draft) in the name of "District Health Society Balod" or "District Health Society Balod" by the nationalized bank and attach it with the application form, which is not refundable.
5. On the back of the demand draft, the candidates must write their full name, application designation in pencil.
6. Applications without application fee (through demand draft) and wrong name DD will be considered incomplete and admitted. Will not be included in the process.

Final Selection List
• 65% marks in academic qualification.
• Skills / written test / interview 20 marks.
• 10/15 marks of experience will be given to maximum 15 marks (03 marks for each year, maximum 05 years) and maximum 10 marks (02 marks for each year, maximum 05 years) to the applicants working under the National Health Mission. .Skill test will be conducted in computer for computer related work.
