M.Pharm, M.Sc Recruitment under DBT-NER project

JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, formerly known as JSS University, is a Deemed to be University located in Mysuru, Karnataka. It was established in 2008 under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 and is part of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, which runs a variety of educational institutions. This deemed-to-be university is recognized by MHRD and accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade (3.47 CGPA). JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER) is focused on medical and health-related studies, and comprises JSS Medical College, JSS Dental College & Hospital and JSS College of Pharmacy at the main campus in Mysuru as well as another pharmacy college in Ootacamund, Tamil Nadu.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Project Assistant to work under DBT-NER project “TRAIL Conjugated Oxaliplatin Hybrid Drug Delivery for Targeting DR4 and DR5 Receptor for Management of Colorectal Cancer” sanctioned for 3-years (Ref. No: BT/PR2434/NER/95/78/2017 dated 19th January 2021). The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Project Assistant (01)
Essential Qualification : M.Pharm., (Pharmaceutics) M.Sc. (or) M. Phil in Nanoscience & Technology
Project duration : 3 years
Fellowship Amount : Project Assistant PA II - Rs. 25,000/- + 8 % HRA for 2 years Project Assistant PA III - Rs. 28,000/- + 8 % HRA for 1 year
Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate during the interview conducted by the committee. Candidate with valid GPAT, GATE or NET score will be encouraged to apply for the post.
