M.Pharm, M.Sc Job under DBT-AYUSH Network

The main mandate of IBSD is Conservation and Sustainable Utilization of Bioresources for the socio-economic Development of the North East Region of India, which is a genetic treasure trove of plants, animals and microbial resources.

Applications are invited from deserving and suitable candidates for 1(one) vacant post of Research Associate-I under the ongoing project titled “Sub-Network 1 : Studies on anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity of selected medicinal plants and formulations in cell culture model of virus” under DBT-AYUSH Network on R&D Activities related to SARS-CoV-2 Virus and COVID-19 Disease .

Research Associate-I (01)
Fellowship / Consolidated pay : Rs. 47,000/- +8% HRA. (As per DST OM No.SR/S9/Z- 08/2018 dated 10.07.2020)
Duration : For 5(five) months.
Qualification : Ph.D in Life Sciences or Chemistry or having 3 years of research experience after M.Sc/M.Pharm/M.Tech with at least one research paper in science citation indexed (SCI)Journal.
Desirable : Candidate with experience in natural product research.

The above position is purely temporary and co- terminus with the project. Selected candidate shall not claim for regular appointment either in IBSD, Imphal and its branches or DBT, New Delhi.
