Post : Marketing Manager - Xarelto

POSITION PURPOSE:
To drive & build XARELTO® as a leading NOAC in the Indian Market Develop & execute the strategies, marketing programs and operational efficiencies to drive revenue growth.
• Proactive development of marketing strategies and promotional mix to meet brand objectives vis-à-vis customer needs
• Drive new launch indications
• Achievement of at-least 100% of the sales budget & market-share gain for Xarelto franchise
• Market development, expansion and monitoring for Xarelto towards achievement of financials (involves market planning and forecasting) Development of annual plans and co-ordination of implementation including co-ordination of in-market activities
• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives
• Work in close partnership with Regional stakeholders, Medical and all important other stakeholders to launch and drive M&S programs Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medico marketing aspects

Candidate Profile
• Graduate in Science/Pharma. Management degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
• Minimum 8-10 years of Marketing or relevant experience
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing in India
• Good communication skills
• Effective Thought Leader Management
• Able to train sales teams on all product aspects Strategic mindset, high customer focus & business insight
