Requisition to be used for Applicants from Employment Exchanges for recruitment of Pharmacist (Allopathy) Person with Disability in the Health & Family Welfare Department against vacancies on contract basis through Batchwise Basis.

Post : Pharmacist (Allopathy) person with disability purely on contract basis.

Pay band plus grade pay : Initial pay band plus grade pay Rs. 5910-20200+3000 GP Anywhere in Himachal Pradesh.

Duration of vacancies : Purely on contract for three years the contract various Health Institutions of the State.

Probable date by which the vacancies will be filled : On the availability of the post or any time after holding the interview within the live period of the selection panel.

As per R&P Rules of Pharmacist notified vide Notification No. Health-A-A(3)-13/20I0 dated 16.10.2017 is as under:-
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
(a) (i) 10 plus 2 in Science from a recognized Board of School Education.
(ii) Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Central/ State Government.
(i) Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the concerned State/Central Government.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Note - withstanding the provision contained in sub Rule a(i) supra the candidates who have done diploma in Pharmacy prior to 12-09-2001 and are matriculates shall not be rendered ineligible

Age Limit : Between 18-45 years Provided that the candidates have registered their names in the concerned Employment Exchanges before attaining the age of 45 years. Age limit for direct recruitment will be reckoned on the first day of the year in which the Post(s) is / are advertised for inviting applications or notified to the Employment Exchanges or as the case may be.

Important Conditions
i) Preference will be given to Himachali candidates.
ii) The candidates shall have to bring with them their degree/diploma certificates in original with attested photocopies thereof and also latest certificates. They shall also have to produce original certificate of belonging to SC/ /OBC / Disability Certificate issued from the respective competent authority concerned on the form prescribed by the HP. Government
iii) The name and particulars/applications of the candidates must reach in this Directorate from the concerned non tribal exchanees/area latest by 17.03.2020 and from tribal areas respectively by 20.03.2020.
iv) Names received after the scheduled date shall not be considered and will be straightway rejected. Secondly the names of candidates from employment exchange sub-employment exchanges must come is one list. Supplementary list one after another will also not be accepted by this Department in this regard the employment officers/ incharge sub employment office shall be personally responsible for the candidates registered in their exchanges and this Department shall neither be responsible not answerable if the candidature of any candidate is not considered for reasons that his /her name is sponsored in supplementary list which is not permissible in terms of this requisition or where the name of the candidate is not sponsored by the employment exchanges for reason best known to them without any fault on the part of the candidates. The Department will also not be responsible or answerable to the candidates or employment exchanges for no fault on the part of this Department.

Note : The concerned Employment Exchange Officer(s) / Incharge will ensure that only the candidates of the concerned subject be sponsored upto dates(s) given against each category only if the % of disability is 40% or more than this. In case of any deviation they shall be personally responsible. Further they may also ensure that the list of eligible candidates be sent once:-

All the Regional Employment Officer, District Employment Officers, Employment Officers and Incharge Sub Employment Officers in HP with the request that names of the candidates may be sent to the Directorate of Health Services latest by 17-03-2020 and from tribal areas respectively by 20-03-2020.
