Minimum Qualification (Technical/Educational) :
1) Must be Matriculate having passed Pharmacist exam from an institute recognized/approved by Govt, and registered with Pharmacy Council with Valid registration under Pharmacy Act. 1948
2)  Matriculate/Diploma in Pharmacy / registered with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act. 1948 with Valid registration.

Eligibility for promotion : Only existing employees

Mode of Selection/Promotion : Selection/ Placement at Area Level

General Information/ Instructions for the Selection to different posts.
1. Reservation to SC/ST/PWD candidates is applicable as per current Government directives/rules and guidelines. Accordingly, vacancies will be bifurcated.
2. Posts are arranged into different groups on the basis of the broad similarities in Job descriptions and the common nature of essential qualification.
3. A common aptitude/selection test will be conducted for the selection to different posts clubbed under different groups except group “C” (Post of Security' Guard T& S Grade G) and group P post 02 (Post of Telecom/ Radio mechanic T&S Gr D) w ith qualification of ITI certificate in Electronics/Equivalent, candidate must have GOOD CR for immediate last three years or for less years ,as per the experience required for different posts, and candidate will be allowed to assume charges on selected post only if he gets Vigilance and departmental clearances on being negative of which he will not be allowed to assume charges on selected posts.
4. A candidate will be allowed to appear in selection process for different posts of a particular group only, means a candidate will not be allowed to appear simultaneously for selection test pertaining to two different groups however a candidate may specifically rate (as first, second and third) maximally up to three choices (if three posts are available in the group of choice). Choices once made will not be changed under any circumstances/ the fourth and afterwards choices if made w ill not be entertained and first three choices will be considered as Final choices.

5. The final offer of post through selection will solely depend on the relative performance of the candidate in selection test (Aptitude Test/Trade test as applicable). For a particular post (Merit panel for each individual post will be prepared separately and the names of the successful candidates will appear in the merit depending on their choices and only for a single post).
6. For the post of security guard T&S Gr G if a candidate possesses minimum qualification and prescribed physical standard as mentioned in the cadre scheme and which is reproduced above under Note 1, He/she shall be selected, the physical standards will be the sole criterion of selection besides minimum qualifications requirement is fulfilled, however their relative seniority will be maintained on the basis of their tenure of the serv ice w ith CIL subsidiaries/NCL, the seniority w ill go up as the account of tenure of service increases. In the case if total number of applicants exceeds than the vacancy even after the physical measurement then an additional criterion of Sprint will be implemented for screening of desired candidates further.
7. For the post of Group “F” (02) that is Telecom/Radio Mechanic T&S Gr D, two different criteria are mentioned for two set of qualifications, one of which suggests Trade test and another one Suggests Aptitude test for selection. For this the total vacancy in the post will be divided in the proportion in which the total number of applications are received under two different criteria as specified above. Then the first group for which the mode of promotion is prescribed as Aptitude Test, will undergo through the same and common aptitude test and other group will undergo a sperate Trade test for selection to the post.
8. There w ill be no waiting panel for any post.
9. In case of any ambiguity only prescribed and applicable cadre scheme will be referred.
10. The structure of Aptitude / Trade test has been furnished along w ith other relevant details.
11. Canvasing at any stage w ill lead to disqualification of the candidature.
