Job Description
• To plan the product development for the products assigned to the group and co-ordinate with internal and external customers to ensure completion of Project on time
• Execution of Formulation Dev. projects from clients.
• Technical expertise and leadership in this field.
• People and project management.
• Regular feedback to client through telecon/e-mail on project progress.
• Reviewing RFQ and giving techinicaal input to PM to prepare the RFQ.
• Managing GLP in lab and GMP in pilot plant.
• Ensuring the completion of project within agreed timelines, cost, specs.
• Fulfill primary & secondary customer requirement with respect to EHS & QA issues & other legal regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for Pilot plant Management.
• Responsible for Agile Project development.
• Imparting training and career development to the scientist in team.
• Complying to regulatory requirement of the area and projects.

Candidate Profile
M.Pharm / PhD. in a Pharmaceutics background with experience in the industry in Formulation Development
