Job description
• Country Manager will be responsible for P & L management of Ajanta Pharma's business in the assigned country
• Responsible for ensuring Business Strategy Implementation in the assigned country
• Responsible for launch of new products and establishment of the same in the assigned country
• Prepares the annual budget and revenue targets for the product portfolio
• Analyze market trends, pricing & competitor’s strategies and develop effective sales promotional strategies by giving relevant inputs to the Management on regular basis.
• Able to enforce customer credit management and on time payment collection.
• Cultivates and maintains effective business relationship with decision makers in large accounts
• Work in collaboration with the cross functional teams at Head Office - Mumbai, India
• Team handling and delegating work appropriately in order to achieve organizational goals
• To Motivate and coache the team from time to time

Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm, MBA preferred with Minimum 10 years of experience
- Should be well verse with regulatory requirements and dynamics of international marketing
- Excellent Leadership Qualities
- Team Management.
