JOB PURPOSE :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Coordinate hiring requirements with plant teams and hiring managers.
• Drive onboarding, joining formalities, and new joiner experience.
• Ensure employee lifecycle documentation and HR compliance.
• Manage employee confirmation process and HR operations.
• Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and MIS dashboards.
• Support stakeholders across plants and corporate HR.
