Patent (Formulation)
Qualification : M.Pharm, MSc
Experience : 02 to 05 Years
Required Experience / Skills :
• Hands-on experience with patent search paid / non-paid databases (Orbit, sci-finder, etc.)
• Conduct Literature search, Patentability, FTO (Freedom to Operate), and infringement for formulation projects
• Assist in litigation, patent opposition, and legal documentation activities
• Manage and track patent portfolio, annuities, and compliance requirements
• Perform patent landscape analysis, competitor monitoring, and risk assessment
• Support patent drafting, filing, and prosecution in coordination with internal teams and external attorneys
• Collaborate closely with Formulation R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Business teams to align IP strategy

Patent (Biologies)
Qualification : M.Pharm/ M.Tech - Biotechnology, Biologies, Life sciences
Experience : 02 to 05 Years

Required Experience / Skills :
• Conduct prior art. freedom-to-opcrate (FTO), and landscape searches for biologics/biosimilar products
• Assist in patentability assessments, validity, and infringement analysis
• Support IP due diligence for in-house and in-licensing biologies projects
• Assist in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution activities (under senior guidance)
• Monitor global patent databases and track competitor activities in biologies space
• Provide inputs for product selection and lifecycle management based on IP insights
• Maintain IP documentation and ensure proper record management
• Hands-on experience with patent search databases (Orbit, sci-finder. etc.)
