LOCATION : Padartha, Laksar, Haridwar
EXPERIENCE : 4 to 5 Years
SALARY BUDGET : Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 32,000 Per Month (CTC)
BACKGROUND PREFERENCE : Pharma or Cosmetic Industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Payroll coordination and HR operations management.
• Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Support in performance management and HR initiatives
Qualification and Skills :
MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / Graduate with HR specialization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR functions. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
