Job Description
Core Focus : OSD Analysis, QMS Management, Lab Investigations, and GLP Compliance
• Supervise daily analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples for Tablets & Capsules (OSD).
• Review, verify, and approve analytical data and chromatograms generated via HPLC and other lab instrumentation.
• Enforce absolute compliance with GLP and data integrity (ALCOA+) standards.
• Incident & QMS Management
• Lead technical investigations for laboratory incidents, Out of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
• Utilize root-cause analysis (RCA) to identify errors and draft defensible investigation reports.
• Manage the lifecycle of Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs within the QMS framework.
• Manage and train a team of QC analysts, keeping attrition low to maintain job profile stability within the lab.
• Ensure the laboratory is permanently audit-ready for regulatory inspections (EUGMP, WHO, etc.).
Background : 7-10 years of rock-solid experience in an OSD Quality Control laboratory
Skills : High proficiency in HPLC troubleshooting, deep knowledge of QMS workflows, and an expert track record in handling lab compliance incidents.
Trait : Demonstrates stability, strong leadership, and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
