Qualification & Experience Required : B.Pharm / MSc with minimum 3-8 years of experience
Key Responsibility Areas :
• Workmen allocation and manpower management on shift basis.
• Supervision of secondary packing operations, especially bottle lines.
• Compliance with cGMP, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Handling serialization and aggregation activities, including troubleshooting.
• Maintenance of production documentation and records.
• Participation in equipment, area, and validation batch activities.
• Training and development of shop-floor personnel.
• Ensuring smooth production operations and quality compliance.

Production - Inspection - Sr. Executive

Qualification & Experience Required : B.Pharm with minimum 3-8 years of experience
Key Responsibility Areas :
• Shift-wise manpower allocation and workmen management.
• Supervision of production/inspection activities as per cGMP, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Handling line operations including weight verification, tablet counting, lux meter checks, and camera settings.
• Participation in equipment, area, and validation batch activities.
• Training and guidance of subordinates as required.
