National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Raebareli invites applications for Walk-in-Interview for purely contractual positions for its Center of Excellence (CoE) in Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS). Candidates who have full-time (on-site) demonstrated experience in operating and handling sophisticated analytical instruments and laboratory facilities are encouraged to apply. The Centre of Excellence (CoE) at NIPER-Raebareli is presently functioning from its transit campus located at Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, until shifting to the permanent campus. Consolidated Pay : With fixed salary of Rs. 70000/- per month

Essential & Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Essential : a) M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/ Pharma analysis/ Pharma Chemistry)/ M.Tech (Biotech/ Pharmaceutical Sciences)/MS (Biotech/Pharmaceutical Sciences)/ MSc (Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical chemistry) from recognized institute/University with first division.
b) 03-05 years of experience in handling & operating sophisticated instrumentation facility and high-end research and analytical instruments.
Desirable
a) Experience in handling instruments such as Flow cytometer, fluorescent microscope, Nanoparticle tracking analyzer, LCMS-QQQ, Differential Scanning Calorimeter & Thermogravimetric Analyzer, Multimode plate reader and fluorimeter etc.
b) Advance understanding and working experience with instrument specific softwares, statistical softwares, Data- analysis softwares, competency in data analysis and reporting.
c) Competency in scientific writing and communication.

Mode of Recruitment & Remarks : CONTRACTUAL

Note : Candidates fulfilling essential qualifications but without/less experience may be considered at lower salaries.
a. Master degree (Essential qualification a)-Rs 40,000pm
b. Master degree (Essential qualification a) with 1 year experience-Rs 50,000pm c. Master degree (Essential qualification a) with 2-year experience-Rs 60,000pm

General Instructions
1. Candidates of Indian nationality can only apply for these posts.
2. The candidate will not be entitled to any other benefits which are admissible to the regular employees of NIPER-Raebareli or its CoE (NDDS).
3. This engagement will not vest any right to claim regular appointments at the Institute or for continued services at the Institute.
4. The appointment will be for an initial period of ONE Year, further extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
5. The Institute reserves the right to terminate this engagement any time even before the stipulated period in case of unsatisfactory performance, misconduct or any other administrative reasons/ compulsions.
6. Candidates should read carefully the requisite minimum essential qualifications, age and eligibility, experience criteria, etc. laid down in the advertisement before applying for the above post. Since all the applications will be screened based on data submitted by the candidate in the application form (by email only), the candidates must satisfy themselves with their suitability for the position to which they are applying. If at any stage during the recruitment and selection process, it is found that candidates have furnished false or wrong information, their candidature will be rejected.

9. On the recommendation of the Screening/Selection Committee, the Competent Authority may relax the experience of the candidates in exceptionally meritorious cases.
10. On expiry of the period of this engagement as per the offer of engagement, the candidate will not be required to turn up for duties unless further extension is given by the Institute.

11. Fulfilment of qualifications and experience is an essential requirement. The candidate will be called for selection process / interview while progressing ahead in the stage(s) of recruitment/selection, following the standards in general. As stated, the Institute is free to set the benchmark and call only the eligible candidates for the selection process / interview. Further, NIPER Raebareli also reserves the right to NOT to fill the post advertised, in the event of exigency so decided.
12. If it is detected by the NIPER Raebareli / CoE (NDDS) during the period of engagement that academic credentials/age/experience are without standing, fake or substandard or your documents are false, fabricated, manufactured, tampered with or the candidate is not eligible for the post as per the prescribed educational qualifications and experience etc. which could not be detected at the time of selection due to whatever circumstances, the engagement shall be terminated forthwith and action will be initiated against the candidate as per rules.
13. The NIPER Raebareli / CoE (NDDS) reserves the right to change (cancel/modify/add) any of the criteria, method of selection, positions and appointment, etc.
14. Any dispute arising out of this Advertisement including the recruitment process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Lucknow.
