Hiring for Zydus Vaccine Technology Centre, Ahmedabad

Formulation and Filling Officer / Executive
• Operate aseptic formulation, filling, lyophilization, CIP / SIP, filtration, and related equipment.
• Supervise filling activities, batch documentation, and protocol execution while ensuring GMP compliance.

Vaccine Manufacturing QMS Role
• Manage deviations, change controls, investigations, audits, and TrackWise documentation.
• Prepare SOPs, BMRs, compliance records, and support filling and lyophilizer operations.

Quality Control (Product Testing) Officer / Executive
• Perform cell-based assays, virus titration, RT-PCR, ELISA, and immunochemical testing.
• Conduct bacterial vaccine in-process, DS, DP, release, and stability testing.
• Operate analytical instruments including pH meter, Karl Fischer, and Real-Time PCR

Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
• Operate automated aseptic equipment for washing, sterilization, filling, and lyophilization.
• Handle isolator filling systems, robotic PFS lines, preventive maintenance, and batch documentation.
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams and support troubleshooting activities.

Education : Staff : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotech, Micro, Life sciences / B. Pharm / B. Tech
Operator : ITI / Diploma
Experience : 2-7 years of hands-on experience.
