Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, is a self-financing higher educational institution that started its operations in 1953 by establishing the first self-financing medical college as Public Private collaboration model. Over the years various institutions have been added and finally, in June 1993, this group of institutions have been declared as a Deemed to be University by the Govt. of India. Project Research Scientist II – Medical

Essential Qualifications : • MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and MD in Pharmacology from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the NMC/State Medical Council as a medical practitioner (Project staff appointed in these cadres must be willing to do shift duties including night shifts on a rotational basis)

• Preference will be given for Nursing Graduates/ PGs, Pharm D, MPharm (Pharmacology/Pharmacy Practice) with some experience in clinical research, Other Life Sciences PG degrees with clinical research experience
• Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in reading and writing either Hindi or Kannada (Project staff appointed in these cadres must be willing to do shift duties including night shifts on a rotational basis)
