REGULATORY AFFAIRS - CMC CANADA ( 2 POSITIONS)
Position : Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience : 7 -12 years of relevant experience
Market : Canada/ US/ EU/ Australia/ New Zealand Market is Mandatory
• Review and Finalize the preparation of new drug submissions, deficiencies to regulatory letters and post approval activities for the given portfolio of products.
• Drafting and reviewing the Quality Overall Summary of all planned submissions.
• Prepare and submit due diligence reports of proposed dossiers to Senior Management in India and Canada.
• Manage a team of Associates on the day to day functioning of the assigned roles.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the Team Leads and Associates.
• Working closely with cross functional teams within the organization and third party teams and maintain good collaboration with all parties for the ongoing projects.
• Any other duties assigned

REGULATORY AFFAIRS - CMC CANADA (5 POSITIONS)
Position : Senior Executive/ Executive
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience : 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
Market : Canada/ US/ EU/ Australia/ New Zealand Market is Mandatory
• Compile, review and timely submission of ANDS
• Compile, review and timely submission of Deficiencies responses as received from Health Canada / Australia
• Support Cross-functional team like Analytical Development, Formulation Development during product development and align documentation as per HC guidelines
• Undertake training related to job function and current regulatory requirements
• Extend support for any other Requlatory related Function.
• Promotes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

REGULATORY AFFAIRS - CMC CANADA (4 POSITIONS)
Designation : Trainee Officer
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience : 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
• Preference - Specialization in RA or Pharmaceutics
• Candidates with internship in PA department are preferred.
• Compile, review and timely submission of ANDS
• Compile, review and timely submission of Deficiencies responses as received from Health Canada / Australia
• Support Cross-functional team like Analytical Development, Formulation Development during product development and align documentation as per HC guidelines
• Undertake training related to job function and current regulatory requirements
• Extend support for any other Regulatory related Function.
• Promotes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Any other duties assigned

REGULATORY AFFAIRS - ECTD (1 POSITION)
Designation : Senior Officer/ Officer/ Trainee Officer
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience : 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Canada/ US/ EU/ Australia/ New Zealand Market is Mandatory
• Fresher can appear
• eCTD Compilation, validation, and submission to Health Canada and US through ESG gateway for
• New Submission (ANDS/NDS)
• Deficiencies response (Clarifax, SDN, NOD, NON etc.)
• Supplements submissions (sANDS, ARs, Safety updates, RMPs etc.).
• eCTD Compilation, validation, and submission to export market.
• eCTD lifecycle management of products.
• Maintaining daily submission tracking.
• Any other duties assigned
