Walk-In Interview for Quality Assurance

QUALITY ASSURANCE - STABILITY (3 POSITIONS)
Position : Senior Executive/ Executive
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience : 3 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Manage and maintain stability documentation, including protocols, data, and product shelf-life records.
• Develop and review stability protocols, analyze stability data and recommend shelf- life updates.
• Evaluate change control requests and assess their impact on product stability. Review laboratory test results (CoAs), investigate OOS/OOT findings, and prepare non¬conformity reports.
• Monitor ongoing stability programs, coordination with 3rd parties and preparation of annual stability summary review reports.
• Collaborate with internal stake holder (QA, QC, Regulatory) and external stake holder (CMOs, suppliers) while ensuring strict adherence to GMP standards.

QUALITY ASSURANCE - COMMERCIAL RELEASE & SUPPORT (4 POSITIONS)
Position : Senior Executive/ Executive/ Senior Officer
• Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience : 4 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Market : Regulated Market
• Dosage : Oral solid, Parenteral, Ophthalmic solution, Biosimilars for Manufacturing and analytical both
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), Analytical Test Results (COA), Specifications & STP
• Review of QMS documents like Deviation, OOS,
Incidence, Investigations and initiation of change controls.
• Co-ordination with the cross functional team members for smooth transaction of release.
• Collaboration with the CMO for effective and fast communications.

QUALITY ASSURANCE - OPERATIONS (3 POSITIONS)
Position : Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive
Qualification : M. Pharm / B. Pharm
Experience : 8 -10 years of relevant experience Market: Regulated Market Dosage : Oral solid. Parenteral, Ophthalmic solution, Biosimilars for Manufacturing and analytical both
• Supporting QA activities for new product launches across Canada and other markets
• Reviewing pre-submission dossiers to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Preparing due diligence reports and coordinating responses with cross-functional teams
• Managing QA support for commercial batch release in collaboration with CMOs
• Reviewing manufacturing, analytical, and QMS-related documentation in line with internal and regulatory expectation
