Under the National Health Mission, Jharkhand, the District Health Society, Lohardaga, invites applications from candidates possessing the requisite qualifications and eligibility for various contractual positions across different programs. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope via Registered Post or Speed ​​Post between 25.06.2026 and 24.07.2026 (by 5:00 PM), against the specified honorarium.

Diploma In Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council. Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Salary : Rs. 10,973/-

Maximum Age Limit for Selection
The maximum age limit for recruitment shall be calculated in accordance with the Resolution No. 101, Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Rajbhasha Department, Government of Jharkhand, Notification No. 07-04/2015 Ka.-03/Yogya, dated 02.01.2026.
Maximum Age Limit ; Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
1. Unreserved (General)  : 35 years ; 45 years
2. Backward Class (BC) / Extremely Backward Class (EBC) : 37 years ; 47 years
3. Female (Unreserved / EWS / BC / EBC) : 38 years ; 48 years
4. Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Male & Female) : 40 years ; 50 years
5. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) : 35 years ; 45 years
Ex-Servicemen
Ex-servicemen are eligible for an additional relaxation of 5 years in the prescribed maximum age limit applicable to their reservation category. Submission of a valid Ex-Serviceman Certificate is mandatory.

Selection Conditions
i) Personnel selected on a contract basis will not be regularized. Instead, they will be engaged to work against the approved honorarium. Before joining, it will be mandatory to execute an Indemnity Bond stating that they will not claim regular appointment. In future, any claim for regular appointment or equal pay will not be accepted.
ii) During the selection process, the district-wise reservation roster will be followed.
iii) The contract appointment will initially be for one year. It may be extended one year at a time, based on the Annual Performance Appraisal and requirement.
iv) Contract employees may leave the service by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium in lieu of notice.
v) Candidates whose educational qualification is based on CGPA must attach a CGPA Conversion Chart along with their mark sheet. Candidates receiving additional marks due to vocational subjects in the overall percentage must deduct those additional marks and mention the actual percentage/total percentage in the application.
vi) After the written examination, only candidates who are shortlisted by the committee as per the advertisement and eligibility criteria will be included in the next stage of the selection process.
vii) Candidates claiming reservation must attach the valid certificate prescribed under the relevant rules along with the application form.
viii) Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay the application fee separately for each post.
ix) If there are multiple functional categories, a separate written examination will be conducted for each category.
x) The Selection Committee reserves the right to amend the advertisement conditions or cancel the advertisement, if required.
xi) During the contract period, no personal correspondence or contact with the appointing authority will be entertained.
xii) The selection process may be changed before the result is declared.
xiii) The contract honorarium is fixed.
xiv) If any information provided in the application or any attached document is found to be incorrect or false, the candidate's candidature may be cancelled at any stage, and legal/departmental action may be taken as per the rules.
xv) Experience certificates will be accepted only if they are issued by a Government institution or a Government-recognized institution.

i) Candidates possessing the required qualifications and eligibility as per the above advertisement must submit the prescribed application form addressed to the Additional Chief Medical Officer-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Lohardaga through Registered Post / Speed Post within the prescribed time limit.

ii) The application form must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following documents:
* Educational qualification mark sheets/certificates
* Training/technical qualification certificates
* Work experience certificate
* Driving licence (for the relevant post, if applicable)
* Jharkhand State caste certificate (issued by the competent authority)
* Local resident (domicile) certificate
* Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate (if applicable)
* Matriculation certificate as proof of date of birth
* Two self-attested passport-size photographs
iii) All certificates/documents that are mandatory with the application must be enclosed along with the application form. Any certificate submitted later will not be accepted.
iv) Application Fee
For each post, the application fee is :
* ₹400 – Unreserved (UR), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Backward Class-I (BC-I), Extremely Backward Class-II (BC-II)
* ₹200 – Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST)
The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of:
District Health Society, Lohardaga
The DD must be payable at Lohardaga.
v) Candidates with 40% or more disability are exempted from the examination/application fee.
vi) The application/examination fee is Non-Refundable.
vii) The following details must be clearly written on the top of the envelope; otherwise, the application will not be accepted:

viii) Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
