• Method development for dissolution and assay tests.
• Perform analysis for developmental stability and pre-validation by HPLC and GC.
• Ensure good documentation and laboratory practices.
• Work on USP Type 4 and IVRT studies.
• Adopt and excel towards reverse engineering and new analytical technologies.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
Post : Operators, Executives
Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Pharma
Experience : 2-4 Years

OSD
• Operate and oversee tablet compression machines
• Operate granulation equipment (RMG. FBD. etc)
• Ensure in-process quality and documentation.
• Ensure batch yield, quality and process parameters.
Injectable
• Manufacturing & holding. Autoclave, Vial Washing. Tunnel. Vial Filling and Sealing machine operators.
• Aseptic, Filling & CNC area Supervisors.
QMS
• Maintain and update SOPs. BMRs and other quality documents.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP. audits and training.
• Handle deviations, CAPA and change controls.
PACKING DEPARTMENT
Post : Operators, Executives
Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Pharma
Experience : 2-4 Years
Job Description :
Bulk Packing
• Carry out line clearance and equipment setup
• Ensure accurate filling, labeling and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with packing quality standards
Blister Packing
• Operate blister packing machines
• Check packing materials, weight variation and sealing.
• Maintain 6ne efficiency and documentation.
APPRENTICES (PRODUCTION & PACKING)
Qualification : ITI / Diploma / BPharma or Any Graduation in Science (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts Only)
Eligibility :
✓ Candidates who are not enrolled in EPFO, ESI
✓ Candidates who are willing to work in three rotational shifts
