Post : Talent Acquisition Lead - Assistant/ Deputy Manager

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to- end recruitment and onboarding activities across the organization. The role will focus on building strong talent pipelines for niche and business-critical positions while partnering closely with leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

Experience & Qualification : MBA / Postgraduates in HR with 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life sciences, or Healthcare sectors.

Desired Profile :
Experience in recruiting scientific talent across Drug Discovery, Early Development, Clinical Development, Translational Sciences, and corporate functions will be an added advantage, along with exposure to leadership hiring and talent mapping for niche scientific roles.

Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, budgeting, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management, onboarding, induction, and background verification.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across scientific, technical, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-hire roles through talent mapping, market intelligence, and networking.
• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
• Drive recruitment process excellence, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, hiring costs, and workforce demographics.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives to strengthen Aurigene’s position in the talent market.
