District Health Society, Giridih: In light of the advertisement published regarding the recruitment of paramedical personnel on a contractual basis under the National Health Mission, the selection process and terms and conditions are as follows:  With the objective of ensuring better health facilities in the district, applications are invited—under the aegis of the District Rural Health Mission Committee and pursuant to the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP)—for recruitment on a contractual basis against the earmarked posts listed below.

Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university 

Preferential Qualification : • One Year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/ health center recognized by Govt. 
• Candidate should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS, Word, Excel & simples statistical packages. 

Salary : 15,000.00

Selection Process
1. Candidates possessing the requisite qualifications and eligibility criteria must ensure that they send their application forms—along with self-attested copies of necessary certificates (in the prescribed format), a Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority to claim reservation benefits, a Matriculation Certificate serving as proof of date of birth, a Local Resident Certificate, and a fully filled-out application form—to the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Giridih, via Registered Post or Speed Post.
2. Self-attested photocopies of all certificates pertaining to educational qualifications, domicile, caste, date of birth, work experience, valid Driving License, etc., must be enclosed. It is mandatory to attach a Demand Draft, two passport-sized color photographs (one of which must be affixed to the application form), and a self-addressed envelope measuring 24x10 cm.
3. Application Fee: For each post applied for, applicants belonging to the General Category / Other Backward Classes (OBC) / Backward Classes are required to attach a Demand Draft of ₹400/-, while applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) must attach a Demand Draft of ₹200/- along with their application form. This Demand Draft must be payable to the "District Rural Health Society, Giridih."
4. The selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in academic and technical examinations, a Written Test, a Skill Test, and/or an Interview—whichever criteria (singly or in combination) are applicable to the specific post.
5. Applicants currently working under the NTEP or any other Public Health Program are required to attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC), a Work Satisfaction Certificate, and a Character Certificate issued by their respective Head of Office.
6. All candidates must ensure that they submit their application forms exclusively via Registered Post or Speed Post.
7. Priority will be accorded to local candidates during the recruitment process.
8. The final merit list, once prepared, will be displayed at the office of the Civil Surgeon / Deputy Commissioner for a period of one week. Public notice regarding the publication of the list on the notice board will be disseminated through newspapers.
9. The details from all received application forms, mark sheets, and certificates will be digitized (data entered into a computer) and uploaded to the official website. Objections, if any, regarding these entries will be invited and received through notifications published in newspapers.

Terms and Conditions of Selection
1. There shall be no formal employment of staff on a contractual basis; rather, individuals will be engaged to perform duties against an approved honorarium
2. The District-level Reservation Roster shall be applicable to all the aforementioned posts.
3. The contract shall be valid for a period of one year. Subject to requirements, the contract period may be extended on a year-to-year basis, contingent upon an Annual Performance Appraisal.
4. The contract of individuals engaged on a contractual basis may be terminated by providing either one month's notice or one month's honorarium in lieu thereof.
5. Candidates submitting a CGPA score card to substantiate their educational qualifications must submit the CGPA Conversion Chart along with their mark sheet.
6. Applicants wishing to apply for more than one post are required to submit a separate application for each post.
7. Candidates shortlisted by the committee—based on the advertised eligibility criteria and qualifications—will be advanced to the subsequent stages of the selection process.
8. The decision of the committee regarding the appointment process shall be final and binding.
9. The committee reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the advertisement as deemed necessary.
10. No form of personal correspondence or contact regarding the appointment process will be entertained.
11. Applicants must clearly indicate the 'Post Code Number' on both their application form and the envelope containing the application.
12. If, at any stage of the selection process, any information or document submitted by a candidate is found to be incorrect or false, their candidature/appointment shall be cancelled with immediate effect, and legal action may be initiated against them.
