Post : Jr./ Sr. R&D Officer
Qualification : M.Sc.in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry)
Work experience : 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities
1. Reagent Preparation : Execute the preparation and testing of laboratory buffers, reagents, and solutions according to established protocols and procedures.
2. Lab Assistance : Provide support in conducting experiments, assays, and tests under the guidance of senior researchers. Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean and organized working environment.
3. Data Collection and Analysis : Record experimental data accurately and maintain detailed laboratory notebooks. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of experimental results.
4. Adherence to Safety Standards : Follow safety protocols and guidelines in handling chemicals, biological materials, and laboratory equipment. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing in sights and contributing to the overall success of R&D projects.
6. Ability and willingness to learn new techniques as required in the laboratory.
Requirements :
1. M.Sc. in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
2. Basic laboratory skills acquired through academic course work, internships, and research projects.
3. Strong at tention to detail and ability to follow established protocols and procedures.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
