Post : Junior Materiovigilance Associate - 01 post on contract basis and maximum age to apply is 28 years

Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Materiovigilance Associate on purely temporary basis to Medical Device Adverse Event Monitoring Centre (MDMC) at JSS Hospital, Mysuru under Materiovigilance Programme of India (MvPI), National Coordination Centre (NCC), Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad reporting to Dr. M. Ramesh, Coordinator – MDMC (MvPI), JSSMCH, Mysuru & Professor, Dept. of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru – 570015.

Remuneration / Emoluments : Rs 32,000/- PM
Duration : 12 months
Project Location : JSS Hospital, Mysuru
Essential Qualification : Graduation in Biomedical Engineering / Clinical Engineering or Master’s in Pharmacy. or Pharm.D / MBBS / BDS from a recognized University/ Institute

Desirable Experience
• One-year experience in Medical Device Industry, Post Market Surveillance/ Medical Devices/ Quality Assurance/ Regulatory Affairs or Quality Management System.
• Good Knowledge of Computers and Communication Skills

Job Profile : 1. Management of adverse event related to medical devices (collection, collation & analysis).
2. Quality review, Clinical Review & Statistical review of ICSRs in Drug Safety database.
3. Any other work assigned by Competent Authority from time to time.

• The salary of the selected candidate will be provided by NCC-MvPI, IPC through the outsourcing manpower agency.

• Period of engagement : The tenure of contract will be normally for period of one year. However, in case the work and conduct of the staff is not found to be satisfactory during the contract tenure, the services may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
