N.H.M. Under District Health Society, Surendranagar hereby hereby advertises to fill the following technical/non-technical category vacancies on 11 (eleven) months contract basis with monthly fixed remuneration and preparation of waiting list.
Post : Pharmacist cum Data Assistant (RBSK & Urban)

Qualification :
1. Candidate possesses Degree in Pharmacy OR Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized college/universities. Candidate must have valid registration his/her name with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat.
2. Provided that preference shall be given to having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospital or dispensaries.
3. A candidate possessing knowledge of computer is a additional qualification.
4. Provided that preference shall be given to having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospital of dispensaries.
Important Instructions on Applying Online
1. Only the application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be considered valid. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or ordinary post will not be accepted.
2. As the said recruitment will be done on the basis of merit only, candidates should fill all the details accurately in the online application and upload all the necessary documents.
3. All the necessary educational qualification certificates (year/semester pass-fail all), trial certificate, school leaving certificate etc. in original documents in a legible and clear manner, photocopies of all the necessary documents must be uploaded in the software. If unclear, illegible documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.
4. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid and the candidate will not be able to apply more than once.
5. Correspondence for all the above posts will be done only through e-mail from this office so that all candidates will have to indicate their e-mail ID especially if they are currently employed.
6. All final decisions regarding the appointment such as increasing or decreasing the posts, cancelling the recruitment process or any other matter related to it will be the responsibility of the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer, Surendranagar.
