The ECHS Central Organization is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organization is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

ECHS invites applications to engage following Medical ,Para Medical Staff & Non Para Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinics (Bathinda , Mansa and Sri Muktsar Sahib) for a period of two years for ESMs and 11 months for the civil candidates according to the criteria as mentioned against each post:-
Minimum Qualification and Work Experience : • B-Pharmacy from a recognized Institute or 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board And Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
• Minimum 03 year experince
Age : ESM - 56 years and Civ - 57 years.

Fixed Remuneration (Per Month) : Rs 28,100/-
Computer Literacy. Person having computer knowledge be include MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel will be given preference.
