Detailed information about the vacancies in the following cadres on 11-month contract basis at District Health Society, Kheda-Nadiad under National Health Mission.

Post : Pharmacist

Pharmacist - Urban
Qualification :
1. Posses a degree in pharmacy or a diploma in pharmacy of a recognized university or a equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his / her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.
2. provided that preference shall be given to a candidate having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospital or dispensaries.
3. A candid date possessing knowledge of computer is additional qualification.

Age Limit : 58 years
* Retired individuals with above qualifications can also apply with an age limit upto 62 years if physically fit.
Salary : Rs. 16,000/-

Pharmacist - GUHP
Qualification :
1. Posses a degree in pharmacy or a diploma in pharmacy of a recognized university or a equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his / her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.
2. Provided that preference shall be given to a candidate having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospital or dispensaries.
3. A candid date possessing knowledge of computer is additional qualification.

Age Limit : 58 years * Retired individuals with above qualifications can also apply with an age limit upto 62 years if physically fit.
Salary : Rs. 11,000/-

Important Points
1. Interested candidates have to apply online at the link given at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in from 31/05/2025 to 06/06/2025. For more details, please check the detailed advertisement given on the said website and apply.
2. As the recruitment is to be done on the basis of merit, all the candidates should fill all the details in the application form accurately and after filling the online form, the hard copy of the online form, original and self-attested certificates (as per the prescribed qualification, marksheet of standard 12, trial certificate, marksheet of the last year of diploma/graduation (if there is more than 1 attempt, marksheet of all attempts), degree certificate, date of birth (school, university). Registration of the concerned council, certificate of experience, certificate of computer basic course, the candidate should compulsorily submit it by RPAD/speed post/in person (from 31/05/2025 to 19/06/2025) during the office hours (except public holidays). Applications of candidates who have not submitted self-attested certificates by 19/06/2025 and who have submitted incomplete documents will be automatically rejected.
3. In the cadre in which candidates with post-graduation graduation/diploma qualification will be given priority and merit will be prepared by giving priority to candidates with higher education.
4. Possible selection list waiting list will be published on the notice board of the Health Branch (third floor) of Kheda Nadiad District on 08/07/2025
5. Since this recruitment is contract-based, no other rights and benefits will be available. No right can be claimed for permanent job.
