Department : Sales and Marketing
Reports to : Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Sales Officers will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff. This role requires building strong relationships, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Pharmaceutical Products
• Detail and demonstrate the benefits of our products to healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
Sales and Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Address customer queries and provide ongoing support and information.
Market Research and Analysis
• Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Educational Support
• Organize and conduct medical education programs, presentations, and product training for healthcare professionals.
• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other relevant events.
Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions with healthcare professionals and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales/marketing will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Additional Information
Travel Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
