Vacancy for Pharmacist under District Health Committee

Mission Director, National Health Mission, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur (Chhattisgarh) in implementation of letter no./NHM/HR/2023/NS-48/328 Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated 04.05.2023 National Health Mission Manav According to the instructions given in the Resource Policy 2018, appointments are to be made on vacant contract posts under the National Health Mission / District Health Committee, District Jashpur, for which according to the district reservation roster of the vacant posts shown in the table, for contract appointment through online medium on the district's website jashpur.nic.in Application in is invited till 25/6/2023 till 05 pm. All appointments and selection process will be subject to the final order of Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi vide S.L.P.(C) No. 19668/2022.

Guidelines regarding the selection process
Regarding the application form
1. Applicants can apply through online medium in the district's website jashpur.nic.in.
2. Online application in the prescribed format is invited through online medium in the district's website jashpur.nic.in till 25/6/2023 till 05:00 pm. Apart from this, applications will not be accepted through any other medium.
3. It is necessary for the candidates to fulfill all the educational and other qualifications till the last date of submission of application online, otherwise the application will be rejected and no representation will be accepted in this regard. Under no circumstances, certificates issued after the last date of submission of application will not be accepted.
4. At the time of applying online, fill all the required information compulsorily after observing and checking it. The correction of the application can be done till the last date of filling the application. After this no separate chance will be given for error correction.
5. While making online application, it is mandatory to fill the aggregate of all the years of compulsory educational qualification and marks obtained.

Age Limit
1. The age of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 64 years as on 01 January 2023. Age will be calculated considering January 01, 2023 as the base.
2. The age limit for Security Guard will be 21 to 40 years and SC/ST. There will be a relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age for the category candidates.

Other conditions regarding recruitment
1. The number of posts advertised includes backlog posts and the number of posts is subject to change.
2. Mere submission of application will not make any candidate's claim of selection valid. Original certificates will be scrutinized before final selection list is issued. Advance action will be taken for their selection only if found correct in this. Even after selection, in case any letter/certificate or other error is found at any time, action will be taken to separate him/her from service as per rules.
3. Incomplete and erroneous online application will not be accepted. After seeing all the information in the online application and the instructions given in each application advertisement, fill the correct and complete information carefully. If any information given in the online application is incomplete or wrong, it will be the full responsibility of the applicant. On the basis of error or incompleteness, the application can be rejected at any stage of selection without prior information and such candidate will not be given the opportunity to claim-objection.
4. It will be mandatory for the candidates to score 50 percent of the total marks prescribed for the skill test. It will be mandatory to score 50 percent marks, in case of not scoring 50 percent marks, the candidates will be considered ineligible.
5. In case of equal marks or percentage, seniority will be determined considering the date of birth as the basis. The candidate who is older in age will be given priority.
6. The contract post will be non-transferable and according to the appointment order, it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting within 15 working days.
7. It will be mandatory to scan and upload the original copies of mandatory documents sought while applying online.
8. UGC, AICTE of the institution from which the educational qualification is obtained. And should be recognized by the concerned council.
9. Contract Honorarium:- A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period. Apart from this, no allowance/facility will be payable.
10. The pay mentioned against the posts is indicative. Changes in the honorarium of the posts are possible with the decision of the State Health Committee.
11. The work evaluation of the employee appointed on contract will be done every year. If the work evaluation is satisfactory, the contract service period can be extended for the next year. The contractual posts will automatically be canceled on regular recruitment. ROP received by Government of India Action will be taken to extend the contract service period only on the basis of acceptance in the
12. Contract appointment can be terminated by giving one month's notice or by depositing one month's salary as per the rules of Human Resource Policy after the selected candidate is present in work. Similarly, before resigning, the candidate will have to give notice one month in advance, otherwise he can resign by depositing one month's salary.
13. Reservation rules issued by Chhattisgarh government in contract recruitment and other instructions/orders/rules issued from time to time will be applicable as amended.
