Recruitment for Pharmacists at Thane Municipal Corporation

National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane is to fill the following cadre vacancies on contract basis for which eligible and willing candidates can apply in the prescribed format at Thane Municipal Corporation Bhawan, Sarsenani General Arunkumar Vaidya Marg, Chandanwadi, Panchpakkhadi, Thane (W) 400602.

Qualification : D.Pharm, B.Pharm ; To Clinical Experience In Gov. And/ Or Private Sector & Maharashtra pharmacy council. Experience Preference First

1. Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualification should be recorded.
2. Candidates must possess the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of application.
3. Final year marks and percentage of marks should be mentioned accurately while filling the application form. It is mandatory to mention marks and percentage of marks without mentioning grade or other category.
4. If there is grade or category mentioned in the final certificate, it should be certified by the concerned institution in terms of marks.
5. The application will be scrutinized as per the information provided by the candidates in the form.
6. Eligible candidates will be disqualified if they do not submit the original mark sheets of the required educational qualification at the time of recruitment.
7. The educational qualification/qualification required for the post must be obtained from a Government recognized University.

1. Only experience in Govt, Semi Govt and Private Institutions after obtaining educational qualification and required additional educational qualification will be considered. Accordingly experience prior to holding educational qualification should not be recorded. That experience will not count...
2. While mentioning details of experience experience certificate from Govt, Semi Govt and Private organization is obtained. Details of such government, semi-government and private organizations should be mentioned in the form. Without experience certificate, the said experience will not be considered. The experience certificate should clearly mention the period of experience.
3. While mentioning the details in the experience certificate, the date and date of discharge should be mentioned correctly. Care should be taken to register the said period as per the experience certificate. If any discrepancy is found, the said certificate will be declared invalid.
4. Only the experience required for the post applied for will be considered. Experience other than this will not be considered.

Computer Qualification
Details of holding MSCIT certificate should be mentioned.

Family certificate
1. Condition of small family d. It has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and dt. Candidates having more than two surviving children from 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for National Health Mission Recruitment.
2. Certificate in prescribed format is mandatory to be submitted by the eligible candidate before admission.

Application Fee
1. Candidates are required to enclose the application fee from any Nationalized Bank's Deposit (DD). There will be a demand draft application fee of Rs.150/- for open category candidates and Rs.100/- for reserved category candidates. Any bank draft should be drawn in the following names. 2. Nationalized Bank Demand Draft of any other bank will not be accepted. Applications received without Demand Draft will not be considered. It should be noted that those applications will be disqualified.

Photograph and signature of candidates
1. The candidate should affix his recent clear photograph in the space reserved for photograph on the form. Do not staple photos.
2. The application should be signed in the blank space.

Instructions regarding application
1. All the candidates are required to fill the application within the prescribed time in the online google form on the below mentioned google link.
2. The information of each point given in the application should be filled accurately. It should be noted that the information once filled will be considered final and no change can be made in it.
3. Take a print out of the google form after filling it completely.
4. Self-attested copy of fully filled google form and all documents as per item no.7 in (t) in person at Thane Mahanagarpalika Bhavan, Sarsenani General Arunkumar Vaidya Marg, Chandanwadi, Panchapakhari, Thane (W)-400 602 (excluding Government Holidays) ) and should be submitted by courier. Applications submitted after the given deadline will not be considered. Care should be taken that the applications submitted by post / courier reach this office within the prescribed period. Please note that applications received late will not be entertained.)
5. It should be noted that if this office does not receive a copy of the google form filled in by the applicant, the application will be considered incomplete and will be cancelled.

Selection process
1. The selection process will be carried out based on the merit/scoring system of the applications of the candidates received in pursuance of the said recruitment. In this regard all officers Hon. Reserved with the President, Selection Committee.
If the candidate is to be selected, with the approval of the committee formed according to the guidelines of the government, As per the letter dated 17/03/2022 from Additional Mission Director, National Civil Health Mission, Mumbai, 1:3 and 1:5 candidates will be selected through scoring method. While selecting the candidate, the marks of the candidate in the final year degree/diploma examination will be taken into consideration additional qualification as per the table below.

General Instructions
1. All necessary instructions and information regarding the said recruitment process will be published on the official website of Thane Municipal Corporation from time to time. Will not be contacted.
2. The post mentioned in the advertisement is purely contractual in nature and is not a regular post of the State Govt. This post has nothing to do with the post of the State Government and the candidate cannot seek adjustment to the regular post of the State Government.
3. The pay of the post mentioned in the advertisement is the consolidated lump sum.
4. It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to attend the place of appointment with original documents within 7 days after issuing the appointment order. (If there is any discrepancy between the documents submitted by the candidate and the original documents at the time of verification and if the candidate uses any pressure technique, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled, otherwise their appointment order will be confirmed and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
