Job for Pharmacists under National Health Mission

Recruitment process for Nashik districts under National Health Mission is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the following posts on contract and contractual basis.

Post : Pharmacist

No. of Post : 6 (OPEN-3, ST-1, NTD-1, EWS-1)

Educational Qualification : 12th + Diploma

Place of Posting : Nashik-2, Yeola-1, Surgana-1, Malegaon-1, satana-1

Remuneration in per Month : Rs. 17000/-


Terms and Conditions
1) Application form prescribed by interested candidates 2) Age proof 3) Degree/Degree certificate (all years certificate) 4) Mark sheet 5) Work experience certificate documents in Govt/Semi-Government organization with signature and name and mobile number of Head of Office 6) Experience related Must be working 7) Caste / Validity certificate etc. With photocopies dt. 19/06/2023 to 28/06/2023 in the evening. To be submitted in person / by post at National Health Mission Office, District Hospital Premises, Opposite District Training Centre, Nashik till 05:00 hrs. 
2) As per the Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category on the last date of application. The age limit for entry and termination of service for Medical Officers (MBBS) B Specialists, Super Specialists will remain 70 years and entry for other patient care related posts (eg Nurse, Superintendent, Technician, Counsellor, Pharmacist etc.) in Abhiyan. And the age limit for completion of service will remain 65 years.. The maximum service entry limit will be relaxed to 5 years for the working candidates in the service of National Health Mission. It is mandatory for applicants above 60 years to submit Physical Fitness certificate certified by District Surgeon. After the age of 60 years every year reappointment orders will be issued only after obtaining a physically fit certificate from the District Surgeon. 
3) The government employee should not have any record of serious crime or should not have committed any kind of serious crime during his previous tenure as a government employee.
4) After completion of the said recruitment process, in future, if a vacancy occurs due to the resignation of an employee, the appointment order will be issued to the candidate on the waiting list without conducting a fresh recruitment process.
5) A demand draft of Rs.150/- for open category posts and Rs.100/- for reserved category posts must be attached and self-signed on the back of the demand draft, the said demand draft "District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Nashik Non PIP" These names should be. If the demand draft does not reach the bank for any reason, the application will be disqualified.
6) In front of the post, Namud Remuneration will be a consolidated remuneration and no other allowances will be payable in addition to this.
7) Condition of small family It has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and Candidates having more than two surviving children as of 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for National Health Mission Recruitment.
8) All the above posts are contractual in nature and on consolidated remuneration. To be paid for the period upto 29/06/2003. Further reappointment (for a period of 11 months 29 days) will be based on your performance appraisal.
9) State level action will be taken subject to time to time instructions.
10) The merit list will be prepared by the committee on the basis of the final year marks obtained in the Qualifying Exam + more educational qualification in the relevant subject + Government / Semi-Government / National Health Mission work experience related to the relevant post.  nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in of said Meritlist Govt.
It will be published on the website https://arogya.maharashtra.gov.in and www.zpnashik.maharashtra.gov.in. Candidates should register their objections on the same day if they have objections regarding the same. It should be noted that objections received thereafter will not be considered. After considering the objections received within the prescribed period, the final merit list will be published on the above government website.

11) The above mentioned posts are not state government posts but purely contractual posts. There will be no right or claim regarding the terms and conditions of government service on the said post and the government service rules are not applicable for this post.
12) If the concerned posts are disapproved by the Central / State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
13) Applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
14) The applicant cannot ask for change of place as per his convenience during the contract period.
15) Applicants should correctly mention their current mobile number and e-mail ID on their application form. Also, care should be taken that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.
16) Candidates who are called during the recruitment process will have to attend at their own expense. Also, no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for the said attendance.
17) The application form has been published along with the advertisement, if the application form is not as per the said form, the candidate's application will not be accepted.
18) Candidates cannot complain that if the application of the candidates is rejected because it is incomplete and partially filled, the entire responsibility will remain with the candidates.
19) The selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs.100/- on the bond paper for acceptance of the terms of the contract while joining the post.
20) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receiving the appointment order otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the appointment will be given to the next candidates in the waiting list.
21) The entire authority of the recruitment process, reducing or increasing the posts, canceling the recruitment process, changing the terms and conditions, changing the place of posting, etc., belongs to this office and the authority to change at any point in the selection process is Mr. has been retained by the Collector, Nashik.
22) It is mandatory to use masks and sanitizers and follow the rules of social distancing as per the outbreak situation with Covid-19.
