Organic Chemist
Job description
• Responsible to perform routine organic synthesis. (mg to gram scale) & work independently under the guidance of the leader.
• Independently support the scientific team with instrumentation and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to understand & interpret various instruments like NMR, Mass, HPLC.
• Instrument purification like Combiflash, big columns, column packing. Deciding the mobile phase for purification.
• Independently handling all types of glassware assembly arrangement, reaction reagent charging, maintaining temperature, nitrogen, etc.
• Should be able to understand the written instruction from the scientist including patents and reprints where procedure highlighted by scientists.
• To train and support the team members.
• Meticulous Documentation & proper data management.
• To maintain the record book of the work done like purification or reaction.
Job requirements
• Minimum of 2 year to 5 years of experience working in CRO/API
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

Peptide Chemist
Job description
• Detailed knowledge for performing peptide synthesis work – via both solid phase and liquid phase synthesis methods
• Previous experience of operating an automated peptide synthesizer machine
• Complete know-how for purification and isolation of small to large peptide molecules
• Ability to understand and interpret various analytical results to confirm structures of simple to complex peptides
• Ability to drive peptide synthesis project work on an independent basis
• Ability to train a team of chemists for peptide synthesis, purification and isolation methods
• Ability to generate detailed project (technical) reports to explain the work carried to the collaborators and project stakeholders on a weekly or real-time basis
• Ability to think proactively and prioritize the project work to achieve the desired end goals

Analyst
Job description
* Senior Research Associate- Analytical
• Experience in handling HPLC/LC-MS/ Prep HPLC/SFC.
• Sound knowledge and experience of LC-MS/HPLC Method Development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.
• Expertise in different types of purification techniques.
• Responsible for troubleshooting of instruments and their calibration.
• Ready to work within a team of motivated young scientists.
• Should be ready to work in different shifts (including night shift) to support Analytical team in delivering the analytical data to Chemistry team.
* Research Associate - Analytical
• Sound knowledge and experience of LC-MS instrument and its interpretation.
• Hands-on experience in HPLC method development for NCE molecules in an analytical scale.
