• Lyophillzation, Compounding, Aseptic nitration Process
• Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)
Designation : Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification : M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
Candidates should have the following skills :
• Hands-on experience in Vial Filling, Sealing and Washing Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling Schedule
• Manpower planning, handling and utilization CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and filling machines
• Involved in IQ, OQ, PQ and Autoclave, Vial Filling line and Lyophilizcr
PACKING
Designation : Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Sc/ Diploma /ITI
Candidates should have the following skills :
• Experience in operations of Packing, Labelling, Blister Packing Machines and Autocartonator
• Experience in Track & Trace and Machine Troubleshooting
• Maintain document batch details in logbook and BPRs as per documentation practices
VISUAL INSPECTION
Designation : Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Sc / Diploma / ITI Candidates should have the following skills-
Experience in Visual Inspection activities Maintain document batch details in logbook and BPRs as per Documentation practices
