Job Description
• Handle Market complaints and investigation.
• Planning of Packing activity
• Project Handling related to Packing
• Equipment Qualification
• Ensure the material availability as per production plan.
• Well Versed in activity related to ERP.
• Effective utilization of Machine's & Manpower with maximizing the output.
• Co-Ordination with stake holder departments
• Handling of training activity & related documents.
• Preparation of Investigation report and participating in investigation pertaining to incidents/OOT/OOS in collaboration with cross functional team.
• Prepare & implementation of SOP's for system improvement as per CGMP & audit requirement.
• Verification of Packing material.
• Assurance of data integrity, Cleaning and smooth process at manufacturing area.
• Ensuring the continuous improvement in packing activities.
• Suggested and implemented many improvements/modifications in packing machine and lines to improve productivity, quality and increase manpower utilization.

Experience : 10-15 Years
Qualification : B.Pharm, M.Pharm
