The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani is an all– India Institution declared as deemed to be university established under section 3 of the UGC act. The Pharmacy department of BITS Pilani is one of the few early schools of Pharmacy in India. Established in 195BITS0, under the able leadership of (Late) Prof. M. L. Post : JRF position in SERB-DST project under Dr. Anupama Mittal
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB, under the supervision of Dr. Anupama Mittal (PI) and Dr. Deepak Chitkara (Co-I), Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan.
Title of the project : Peptide-tethered multifunctional cationic nanocomplexes for delivery of IL-1 receptor antagonist for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Duration of the project : 3 years
Fellowship amount : As per DST-SERB norms.
Eligibility requirements : MPharm/ MS (Pharm.) in Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical chemistry with GATE/ GPAT/ CSIR-NET or equivalent examination.
