Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (DRILS) is a not for profit Research Institute with a mission to be the preferred research partner to the pharma and life sciences industry. DRILS focuses on original research and advancement of relevant skills, with emphasis on solution-oriented interdisciplinary research both for solving unmet needs as well as process innovation.  The Institute has been set up on a public private partnership model by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, the Government of Telangana, and the University of Hyderabad and is governed by a Board of Directors comprising eminent scientists and visionaries.

PROJECT TITLE: Identification of optimal therapeutic window for efficacious intervention in a Zebrafish model of Fragile X syndrome

FUNDING AGENCY : DBT

EMOLUMENTS AND DURATION : Rs. 31,000+24% HRA per month Project duration: 3 years. Appointment will be renewed yearly contingent on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post Graduate Degree in Pharmacology/Biotechnology (M.Pharm/M.V.Sc)
• Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification (M.Sc. Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Genetics / Molecular Biologyetc)
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (M.Tech. Biotechnology or similar) NETs accepted: CSIR-NET including LS; GATE, JAM, GPAT, BET, JEST, JGEEBILS, ICMR-JRF and ICAR-AICE.
