Job Description
- Physicochemical properties assessment and preformulation for NCE
- Formulation development and support for preclinical pharmacokinetics, toxicology and pharmacology studies
- Oral drug product development for clinical studies including solution, suspension, tablet and capsule
- Chemical degradation assessment for drug substance & drug product and data analysis
- Solid state characterization (optional)
- Polymorph and salt screening (optional)
Candidate Profile
• M.Pharm or M.S. in Pharmaceutical Analysis/Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology/Industrial Pharmacy with 0-1 yrs relevant industrial experience
• Physicochemical properties evaluation, Pre-formulation, Solid state characterization, Formulation development, LC method development and Analysis, Structure elucidation.
