Job Description
1. Dispensing generic medicine to the customers.
2. Checking dosage, expiry, etc. correctly and with integrity.
3. Referring internet, reference books and consulting with Doctors about prescription
4. Helping Pharmacist to indent of stock to Baroda Office
5. Keeping check on receipt and non-receipt of stock
6. Proper storage of stock
7. Helping Pharmacist to keep record of expiry of stock.
8. Receiving and checking quantity and expiry date of stock from the distributor, if Pharmacist is not available.
9. Updating stock received in computer system in time
10. Invoicing of each and every sale.
11. Learn from Pharmacist about various aspects of Pharmacy
12. Reporting back to Pharmacist on a daily basis.
13. Assisting Pharmacist to audit physical stock once a month.
14. Reducing expiry and/or damage by 0.5% of monthly/yearly turnover
15. Responsible to increase sales and achieve & surpass target
16. Maintain cleanliness of the store. Dusting and cleaning are his responsibilities.
17. Taking care of repair & maintenance of anything, if required.
18. Assisting and carrying out duties as advised by Pharmacist in all aspects in day to day operations.
19. Meeting doctors
20. Marketing for the first 6 months
21. Assisting Area Manager in setting up newer pharmacies of the organization.
Candidate Profile
1. Male candidate with age above 18 years
2. Experience of working in Retail Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy for at least 6 months will be compulsory.
3. Should be well conversant in Gujarati and Hindi.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
6. Should be open to work for extended hours.
