In an effort to promote science and industry-academia collaboration, Zoetis and National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) are coming together in a joint research fellowship program to be carried out at NIPER, SAS Nagar. Zoetis, the leading global animal health company is a world leader in discovering, developing, manufacturing and marketing veterinary medicines and vaccines complemented by diagnostic products and genetic tests supported by technical services. NIPER, SAS Nagar is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an Institute of National Importance.

Applications are invited for one position of RESEARCH ASSOCIATE under a project entitled “Development and evaluation of palatable chewable dosage forms/technologies for companion animals” under the supervision of Professor Arvind K Bansal.
Salary: Rs. 35000/- p.m. (+HRA @ 15% if applicable).
Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences OR M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations) with three years of experience. Candidates having experience in the area of pre-formulation profiling and formulation development of drug delivery systems shall be preferred.
Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
The above position is purely temporary for one year and is extendable by another year depending on satisfactory performance. As part of the program selected candidate may be required to work at Zoetis laboratories in Navi Mumbai.
