Qualification : B. Pharma, M. Pharma. M. Sc
Experience : 2-10 Years
Job Responsibilities
• Execute injectable manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP and aseptic practices.
• Supervise production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform line clearance. In-process venficatoon and batch reconciliation. Investigate deviations, incidents and support CAPA implementation Coordinate equipment qualification, preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor operators on SOPs, GMP and aseptic techniques. Monitor productivity, equipment utilization and process efficiency. Support technology transfer, process validation and media fill activities.
• Coordinate with QA. Eng mooring. Warehouse and Microbiology departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity
FOR OPERATORS
Qualification : ITI, Diploma. B.Sc
Experience : 0-8 Years
