Min. 10 years - B.Pharm / M.Sc. - Drive analytical method validation & transfer; lead a sharp team of 8-10.
QC Manager - Stability
Min. 10 years - B.Pharm / M.Sc. - Own end-to-end stability operations for the OSD unit; steer a team of 15-20.
Lab QA / QC Reviewer - Sr. Executive / Dy. Manager
Min. 6 years - B.Pharm / M.Sc. - Review analytical & electronic QC data with tight QMS grip on incidents, OOS & OOT.
IPQA - Manager
Min. 9 years - B.Pharm / M.Sc. - Champion IPQA for the OSD unit under cGMP & regulatory norms; lead a team of 8-10.
