Designation : Executive I Sr. Executive
Experience : 2 to 10 Year
Skills Required :
• Responsible for Operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridge (B+S), Vials and Pre-Filled syringes, PFS (B+S)
• Handson experience of CIP/SIP skid, vessel operation, compounding, filtration and autoclave, filter integrity machine.
• Exposure to isolator Lyophaliser, single used system.
• Must have experience in sterile injectables, willing to work in shifts, USFDA regulatory environment and audit exposure.
Quality Control
Qualification : BSc, Bpharm, Mpharm, MSc
Designation : Executive I Sr. Executive
Experience : 2 to 6 Year
Skills Required
• Analysis of Raw material/Packing material/In-process samples in quality control department.
• Instrument/Equipment qualification in Quality control.
• Preparation of quality system related, Instrument operation related SOPs, Specification, STPs, URS etc.
• Coordinating with cross functional team for the procurement of laboratory consumables, glassware’s and chemicals etc.
• Handling of method transfer and method validation in quality control.
• Analysis of vendor samples and reporting.
• Adherence of product specification.
• Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and Health and Safety policies.
