Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work in ANRF-ECRG funded project, details are given below
Project Title : Structural and biophysical role of Glycosaminoglycans in Antibody Light-Chain aggregation associated with AL Amyloidosis
No. of vacancies : 01
Emoluments : ₹37,000/- per month for first two years and ₹42,000/- per month for third year
Essential Qualifications : Post Graduate degree (MSc) in Life Science/Chemistry/Biochemistry /Biotechnology or equivalent selected through a process described through any one of the following: a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR- UGC NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE. b. The Selection process through National level examiniations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.
Desirable Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having research experience in protein biochemistry and/or protein NMR.
Age Limit : The upper age limit for applying for the JRF is not more than 30 years as on the last date of application.
A relaxation of upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC-NCL (as per the Central list of OBC available on website : ncbc.nic.in)/SC/ST/PwD/Third gender categories and to women applicants.
Tenure : Till end of the project (May 2029).
