Job Description : Oversees API/chemical plant operations including reactors, dryer, filtration, and milling equipment. Manages scheduling, material verification, QC sampling, and online batch documentation. Leads shop-floor teams to ensure strict GMP, CHS. and CIP compliance while supporting OOS/OOT investigations and process optimization.
Quality Control (API)

Job Description : Executes analytical testing for API products across wet lab, chemical, stability, and in- process laboratory environments. Operates a wide range of analytical instruments including UV, Autotitrator, Muffle Furnace, IR, Potentiometer, Karl Fischer, and pH meters. Handled day-to-day operations and analysis on advanced systems including HPLC, GC, LCMS, and GCMS.

Job Description : Supervises vial manufacturing activities, including dispensing, washing, sterilization, and filling. Manages online documentation for logbooks, BMRs, and BPRs. Executes change controls via TrackWise and updates SOPs, URS, and Quality Risk Assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.

Executive / Sr. Executive Generalist
Qualification : MBA (HR)
Experience : 04 to 12 Years
Job Description : Source and onboard candidates; coordinate inductions.
Maintain HRIS and employee records; process attendance and leave.
Support payroll and benefits administration; liaise with finance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF/ESI/TOS/Gratuity) and company policies. Handle performance management, training logistics and employee grievances.
Officer / Sr. officer (IR)
Qualification : MBA (HR) / MSW / DLL
Exp. - 04 to 12 Years
Job Description : Leads disciplinary Investigations, domestic Inquiries, and drafts formal legal notes/chargesheets. Manages industrial relations, including union engagements, conciliation, and tribunal coordination. Ensures strict compliance with labor statutes (ID Act, POSH, EPF/ESI, Factories Act) and maintains accurate HRIS case records.
