Post : F&D Manager (Formulation & Development)
Job Description
• Lead formulation development for solid oral dosage forms and other pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and optimize formulations to achieve desired quality, efficacy and stability.
• Manage technology transfer, scale-up and validation activities.
• Drive New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialication.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs and other departments.
• Ensure documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formulation, process and manufacturing.
• Mentor and lead the F&D team to achieve project milestones.
• Stay updated with latest technologies, trends and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Profile
• 8-12 years of experience in Formulation & Development in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development, scale-up and technology transfer.
• Experience in developing conventional dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules, etc.) and other pharmaceutical products.
• Hands-on experience with stability studies, method transfers and regulatory filings.
• Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or equivalent qualification.
