Essential Qualifications and experience :
B.Tech./B.E. in Biotechnology/ Biomedical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science and Engineering/ equivalent branches with minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% with GATE/NET qualification (including lectureship)/other national level fellowship tests. or
M.E./M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biomedical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science and Engineering/ equivalent specializations with minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% with GATE/NET qualification (including lectureship)/other national level fellowship tests. or
M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Materials Sciences/Life sciences/ equivalent specializations with minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% with GATE/ NET (including lectureship)/ other national level fellowship tests.

Experience / Software / Skill set & Desirable Qualification :
1. Experience in polymer/hydrogel synthesis
2. Hands-on knowledge of material characterization techniques
3. Experience in electrochemical and electrical measurements
4. Practical skills in laboratory fabrication and testing of functional materials or devices
5. Ability to analyze and interpret experimental data

Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship : Year 1 & 2 INR 37,000.00 /-per month (+) HRA @ NA % (if applicable)
Year 3 INR 42,000.00 /-permonth (+) HRA @ NA % (if applicable)

Job Description :
Research work on design, development and application studies of lignin hydrogel based TENG device Drafting reports for periodic progress of the project work and manuscripts for dissemination of research findings Presentations at seminars/ conferences

Age Guideline : The upper age limit for applying for the award of project position shall be 28 years, which is relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes / PWD and Female applicants whereas 3 years in the case of OBCs (Non-creamy layer candidates). Upper age limit shall be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
