Opportunity for Pharmacist to Join State AIDS Control Society

The Delhi State AIDS Control Society is an autonomous body of Delhi Govt. It became functional from 1st November,1998 and a nodal agency which is responsible for implementing the National AIDS Control Programme funded by Govt. of India. The main objective of the society to prevent and control HIV transmission and to strengthen state capacity to respond to long-term challenge posed by the epidemic. The society is implementing various components through various departments/ institutes of Govt. and Non-Government.

Post : Pharmacist

Written Test/Interview shall be conducted for the following positions under NACP in different ART centres in different hospitals on contract basis for the period till 31st March 2026, renewable on performance basis as per NACO guidelines, as per details given below

Remuneration : Rs. 21,000/-PM Consolidated

Essential Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR Diploma in Pharmacy The candidate should be registered in Delhi Pharmacy Council.

Essential Experience : 3 years of experience for Diploma holders. Good working knowledge of MS office.

Desirable : Community candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities

• Age limit for applying for Pharmacist is 62 years. The maximum age limit for engagement for the positions shall be up to the attainment of an age of 62 & 65 years respectively.
• For all the positions, NACO guidelines shall be applicable. The above positions are purely on contractual remunerative basis, contract likely to be renewed every year on 1st April on performance basis based on programme needs. There will be no claim for regularization of the person so selected/engaged.
• Candidates are required to appear before the constituted board for interview with application, complete bio¬data (with Photograph) and self-attested copies of testimonials along with originals at the scheduled place, date and time.
• The Hospitals/Institutes concerned /DSACS reserves the right to cancel or change the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
