Under the National Health Mission, the following vacancies have been announced for filling up the following posts at District Level, Taluka Level, Primary Health Center, Urban Health Center on a temporary basis on a contract basis of 11 months and for making a waiting list for the same.
The details showing the necessary qualifications, age limit, maximum monthly salary and experience for the above post are as follows.
Post : Pharmacist
No of posts : 18 (RBSK-09, NUHM-04, NHM-05)
Qualification : 1) Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy from a government recognized university/college and should be registered with Gujarat Pharma Council and should be current.
2) Experience in becoming computer literate is preferred.
Age Limit : 40 years
Salary : Rs. 16,000/-
Required instructions for filling the online form
1. Only the application received online at https://arogyasathl.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received by RPAD/Speed Post/Courier/Simple Post/In person or any other means will not be accepted.
2. A copy of the legible original document must be uploaded in the software.
3. Pharmacist have renewed their registration with the relevant council, in which case a PDF file along with the registration certificate along with the renewal receipt/slip will have to be created and uploaded.
4. Incomplete details, the candidate must submit the necessary educational qualification, experience certificate, H.S.C. If the Graduate's Attempt Certificate, Council Registration Certificate and other necessary certificates are not attached, such applications will be considered invalid.
5. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in the case of all candidates, the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into account as 24-07-2025
6. The candidate will not be able to apply more than once for a post
7. The recruitment process will be done on merit as per the Government guidelines. In case of equal merit, the candidate whose age is higher will be given priority.
8. All the eligible candidates among the candidates who have applied will have to appear at their own expense for document verification on the day, time and place decided by this office. The candidature of the candidate who is absent on that day will be considered cancelled
9. The appointed candidate cannot be transferred to another district.
10. The final decision regarding the appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer and National Health Mission.
