Post : Senior Officer / Executive - Project Management (PMO) / New Product Launch (NPL)
Key Responsibilities
• Project Tracking : Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance deadlines.
• Regulatory Filing Coordination : Ensure timely regulatory submissions for a wide range of pharmaceutical products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (e.g., R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, QA/QC) to ensure alignment and progress.
• External Liaison : Interact with global partners and contract organizations to coordinate project milestones and resolve issues
• Sample Management: Oversee the timely order and shipment of comparative samples from various suppliers to partners and Clinical Research Centres (CROs) globally to assist in bioequivalence studies.
• Product Variety : Exposure to all dosage forms (oral solids, liquids, injectables, patches, etc.), including both simple and complex molecules.
• Administrative Support : Assist core teams in completing their tasks as needed and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Product Launch Phase : Align internal and partner cross-functional teams for launch readiness, including Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality. Support forecasting, manufacturing coordination, and launch performance metrics tracking.
