All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
Post : Junior Research Fellow - 01 Post
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under Project Entitled, " The tumor immune microenvironment of follicular cell-derived thyroid carcinomas across different grades utilizing gene expression and spatial proteomic profiling funded by SERB for a period of years (2023-2026) in the Department of Pathology, AIIMS, New Delhi.
Essential Qualification
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course with at least 60% Marks in final exams, selected through a process described through any one of the following :
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.
Desirable Qualification : Candidates with CSIR/ICMR/DBT JRF qualification will be preferred. Knowledge and experience of essential biochemical techniques, scientific literature review, basic data entry and biostatistical analysis.
Age Limit : Up to 30 years Relaxation as per the rules of SERB/AIIMS
Salary : As per SERB rules.
